General Shipping Policy
Àṣẹlle Botanics offers free shipping over $75 (excluding tax) on all US orders. Orders normally ship out between 1-4 business days and take an additional 4-8 business days to reach you (5-12 business days total for processing and shipping). Processing may be slowing during the holidays. Tracking numbers are sent via email after the item has been shipped!
International Shipping
We ship internationally, please utilize the shipping calculator to determine what the shipping cost will be for your country.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Àṣẹlle Botanics LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer was not home for delivery or if the package exceeded the maximum amount of time to be held at a pick-up location, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs. Àṣẹlle Botanics is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Àṣẹlle Botanics LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Àṣẹlle Botanics LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
In the event that your package is missing, please contact the shipping service indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
