If you have never used our products before, please consider purchasing a trial-size item prior to purchasing a full-size product. Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products and our current business model. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. Please review all orders carefully prior to confirming payment. However, if your order has been shipped, we can make changes to the mailing address and email.
Àṣẹlle Botanics LLC is NOT responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input discount codes for promotions or orders made without using a promotional link.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products
If your Àṣẹlle Botanics’ product (s) are damaged, defective, or missing we apologize for the inconvenience. It is possible for products to shift during transit, as well as, for ‘wear and tear’ of the package to occur due to the shipping process and/or handling by the carrier. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If any items are damaged, defective, or missing upon arrival, please email us at Hello@AselleBotanics.com, with your order number and photos of the damage, defective, or in the case of missing items, a photo of the shipment’s contents. We will be happy to assist you further.
